Honey Garlic Cauliflower


Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Drizzle the mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the cornstarch mixture and whisk constantly until the mixture thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the thickened sauce over the roasted cauliflower and serve immediately.
