Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms


Ingredients

  • 16 oz. mushrooms
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Finely chop the mushroom stems and sprinkle over the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
