Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 16 oz. mushrooms
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
- Finely chop the mushroom stems and sprinkle over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
