Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and spread marinara sauce on each one.
- Place a chicken patty on each bun and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the sliders for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
