Chicken Parmesan Sliders


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and spread marinara sauce on each one.
  6. Place a chicken patty on each bun and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake the sliders for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
