Cheesy Kielbasa Pasta


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, sauté the kielbasa, onion, and garlic in butter until the onion is tender and the kielbasa is browned.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes (undrained), cream of mushroom soup, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the pasta is coated in the sauce.
