Cheesy Kielbasa Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, sauté the kielbasa, onion, and garlic in butter until the onion is tender and the kielbasa is browned.
- Add the diced tomatoes (undrained), cream of mushroom soup, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the pasta is coated in the sauce.
