Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Dip each pork chop in the beaten eggs, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of each pork chop.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the bread crumbs are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
You can also add some herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
