Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another mixing bowl, beat together the sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing them from the mold and transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve the donuts warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Note: You can also deep fry the donuts for a classic, restaurant-style donut. Simply heat up some oil in a deep pot to 375°F (190°C) and carefully drop in the donut dough. Fry until the donuts are golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
